I ("Personal Data Subject"), to the satisfaction of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006 (as amended), hereby confirm that the personal data communicated by me to the Charity Foundation "Scholae Mundi" ("Foundation," located at the address: flat 21, 5, Romanov Lane, Moscow, Russia, 125009) has been communicated by me freely, voluntarily, and for my own benefit by completing the online form (electronic form) on the website http://www.ru.uwc.org/ ("Website") sent (submitted) to the Foundation using the Website. 

The personal data for which I consent to processing means any information relating to me as a Personal Data Subject, including my surname, name, patronymic, citizenship, date of birth, residence data, contact details (email), and other information.

Personal data processing means the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, specification (update, change), extraction, use, distribution, provision, access, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction, permanent storage, and any other actions (operations) with the personal data.

I consent to my personal data being processed by any legal means, exclusively for the purposes of informing me about the start of acceptance of candidate applications for programs at UWC (United World Colleges).

I agree that my personal data may be processed by any legal means with and/or without the help of automation tools online. 

I am aware that the Foundation takes the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures, or provides for them, in order to protect personal data against illegal or accidental access, destruction, change, blocking, copying, provision, distribution, and against other illegal actions in respect of the personal data, and assumes the obligation to keep the personal data of the Personal Data Subject confidential. 

The date of submission of the online form (electronic form) on the Website is deemed as the date of granting consent for personal data processing.

Consent for personal data processing is valid until the accomplishment of the goals for which consent is granted.

I am aware that I have the right to withdraw consent for personal data processing by sending the relative written request to the address of the Foundation to discontinue processing of the specified personal data, which is to be fulfilled within the term set by Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.
